Real Madrid’s Brazilian star joins Lyon in France on loan
Olympique Lyon have reached an agreement to loan Brazilian striker Endrick from Real Madrid.
The move is valid until June 2026, with no buyout clause in the contract, meaning Endrick will return to Madrid in June.
Under the deal, Lyon will pay 50% of his salary and there is a specific clause that guarantees a certain number of games as a starter for Endrick, reports renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Endrick failed to find much space under Xabi Alonso at Real, starting only one match, that of the King’s Cup against a club from the third division of Spain.
He played only 99 minutes in this first half of the season in three matches.
Last season, he had 37 matches played under the guidance of Carlo Ancelotti, scoring seven goals and providing one assist.
