Haaland: Shameful defeat, we apologize to the fans

Erling Haaland has described Manchester City’s 3-1 Champions League defeat to Bodo/Glimt as “shameful”, taking responsibility alongside his senior players and apologizing to the fans.
City were soundly beaten in Norway, with Rodri’s red card ending any hopes of a comeback.
“I don’t have the answers and I take full responsibility for not scoring the goals. All I can do is apologize to every Manchester City fan who travelled today because it’s a shame,” Haaland said after the match.
Pep Guardiola admitted the squad is fragile, but stressed that performances are not as poor as results.
After the defeat, City’s qualification for the next round will depend on their final game against Galatasaray.
